  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows without prior notice may result in a no-show fee or temporary booking restrictions.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling availability may be enabled or disabled by admin at any time.
