1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Drip N Dry Curaçao website, booking platform, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Drip N Dry Curaçao provides professional car wash and detailing services at our Rooi Santu location and via our mobile van. Service availability, pricing, and hours are subject to change without notice.

3. Bookings

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• Same-day bookings are disabled by default and require admin approval.
• You must provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept Sentoo, online banking, card/swipe, and cash. All prices are in XCG (Netherlands Antillean Guilder). Prices are subject to change.

5. Liability

We take great care with every vehicle. However, Drip N Dry Curaçao is not liable for pre-existing damage, items left in the vehicle, or damage caused by factors outside our control. A damage disclaimer process is in place for all services.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellations and rescheduling.

7. Subscriptions & Loyalty

Subscription and loyalty program terms are governed by their respective policies. See Subscription Terms and Loyalty Program Terms.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Curaçao.
