How many washes do I get per month?

4 washes per month — approximately 1 per week. The exact schedule is flexible and can be arranged with our team.

Can I use the mobile van with my subscription?

Yes! Your subscription works at our Rooi Santu location or with our mobile van, island-wide.

Do subscription washes count toward my loyalty rewards?

By default, subscription washes are tracked separately. Your loyalty stamps are earned on paid individual washes. Contact us for details.

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

Contact us via WhatsApp or email to cancel or pause. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?

We accept Sentoo, online banking, swipe/card, and cash. Monthly invoices can be arranged for business accounts.
