Loyalty Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Drip N Dry Curaçao Loyalty Program rewards customers with a free wash after every 4 completed paid washes. Stamps are automatically tracked on your customer account.

2. Earning Stamps

  • One stamp is earned for each completed, paid wash service.
  • Subscription washes are tracked separately and do not count toward loyalty stamps by default.
  • Admin may enable subscription washes to count toward loyalty stamps at their discretion.
  • Stamps are linked to your registered customer account.

3. Redeeming Your Free Wash

  • After 4 stamps, your 5th wash is free.
  • The free wash applies to the same service type as your most recent paid wash, or a basic outside wash — whichever is lower in value.
  • Free washes can be redeemed at our Rooi Santu location or via the mobile van.
  • Free washes cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

4. Expiry

Loyalty stamps do not expire as long as your account remains active. Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may have stamps reset at admin discretion.

5. Admin Adjustments

Drip N Dry Curaçao reserves the right to adjust, correct, or reset loyalty stamps in cases of error, fraud, or abuse. Customers may contact us to dispute any adjustment.

6. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice. Existing earned stamps will be honored for 60 days after any program discontinuation.
