Drip N Dry Curaçao is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address your concern.

2. Eligible Refunds

  • Service not performed due to our cancellation: full refund.
  • Service significantly below the agreed standard: partial or full refund at our discretion.
  • Duplicate payment: full refund of the duplicate charge.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer no-show without prior notice.
  • Late cancellation (less than 24 hours before appointment).
  • Dissatisfaction due to pre-existing vehicle conditions.
  • Services already fully rendered.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. Cash refunds will be arranged directly with the customer.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference and reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
